Paranoid Schizophrenia usually occurs in early adulthood. Its symptoms usually start to occur during the ages of 16 to 30 with males usually developing it earlier than females. The incidence for this age group is 1 in every 100 people. Paranoid schizophrenia doesn’t just affect people in early adulthood, it affects a lot of people in their adolescence and older age, and sometimes even children but the incidence for this is a 1 in every 40,000 children.
